OlimPeak™ Filter Vials

Teknokroma's new development is the "OlimPeak™ Filter Vials". The filter consists of two parts, a 450 µl capacity vial and a plunger that incorporates a filter at one end and a capsule with a septum at the other end. They are made of PE and designed for fast and safe filtration, in only two steps, you have the sample ready for analysis. They are very easy to use with a single finger squeeze of the plunger, the filtrate is collected in the same vial. The vial size is the standard 12 x 32 mm size, suitable for most automatic injectors. With the filter vial, it avoids the need for a syringe, a syringe filter, a vial and a capsule. Available in two formats VF and VH depending on suspended particles or precipitate volume.

9. In two steps and 15 seconds you can have a safe and secure sample for analysis. You can prepare a safe particulate free sample in less time than it takes to in the time it takes to open the syringe packaging and add the syringe filter.
10. Excellent chemical compatibility with acids, alcohols, bases, esters, glycols, ketones and oils. Limited resistance to acids > 1 N, aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons.
